Delete your account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Velocity Rides account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way is inside Velocity itself — it is immediate, and no one has to verify anything by hand:

  1. Open Velocity and tap the settings icon in the top-right of your home screen.
  2. Tap “Delete my account” under Support.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm. Your account and personal data are removed straight away.

Or request it by email

If you can no longer sign in, we will do it for you:

  1. Email us at business@velocityrides.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
  2. Include your registered mobile number (the phone number you use to sign in) so we can verify the request belongs to you.
  3. We verify and delete. Once verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.

We retain a limited set of records only where we are legally required to (for example, records needed for tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes). These are kept no longer than the period required by applicable law and are then deleted.
